Job description
Job Responsiblties
- the field of construction consultancy with decisive conclusion on overall associated works of the project with controlling any shortfall whether it is design, cash flow.
- Appointing of Vendors, Material or Man power to complete the Project within time parameters in the favour of Project and all stakeholders.
- Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time Over-runs, Quality Compliance and Manpower Planning to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Control & supervise the contractor functions
- Controlling rcc,interior high end finishes,mep,handover etc
Candidate with 15+ yrs experience in higrise project,Exposure into "AUTOMATIC CLIMBING SYSTEM"
