Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The ideal candidate should have end-to-end implementation experience, excellent functional and technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver scalable, compliant, and automation-driven ITAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver full-cycle implementations of ServiceNow SAM and HAM Pro modules.
• Configure and manage Software Models, License Workbench, Entitlements, Reconciliation Rules, and Normalization.
• Implement Hardware Asset lifecycle processes including Request, Receive, Deploy, Inventory, and Retire.
• Ensure SAM compliance, cost optimization, and effective license utilization across the organization.
• Build and maintain Discovery sources and integrations supporting ITAM data quality.
• Map asset lifecycle processes to CMDB and maintain data accuracy.
• Implement workflows, Catalog Items, UI Policies, and automation scripts to streamline asset processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and audit documentation for asset tracking and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Procurement, Finance, IT Operations, and Inventory teams.
• Support upgrades, patching, testing, and overall platform optimization.
