Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Dehradun. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and team members, monitoring work progress, maintaining safety standards, and addressing any on-site issues that arise. The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.

• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction activities
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to ensure smooth coordination among teams
• Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Architecture, Interior, Civil Engineering, or a related field are advantageous
