Job descriptionEnsure compliance with Optum and OIJMH business unit policies and processes. Provide functional and technical support for the Enterprise ERP Workday system. Design and implement supply chain process optimizations and newly required features. Participate in the build, configuration, deployment, and testing of new Workday modules, enhancements, and projects. Manage and execute change control requests through migration to Production tenants. Support application upgrades, periodic maintenance, security roles, and access management. Monitor and respond to requests in the ServiceNow queue, ensuring timely handling of urgent issues. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and Change Management teams to document business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. Participate in on-call rotation with team members for critical after-hours support. Bachelors / Undergraduate degree. Experience in building Workday reports, including custom and advanced reporting. Familiarity with Workday integrations and tenant management. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Role : Workday SCM & Workday Finance Consultant
Location : Offshore India (Must overlap with EST time zone hours)
Client : Optum (Supporting onsite team at Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA)
Work Hours : EST Time Zone Support
Rate : As per industry standards
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Workday Finance in an operational and / or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configurations, integrations, and functional workflows.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a support and enhancement environment.
