✅ Role Overview

The Regional Manager (RM) for Offline SIP is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on driving revenue growth through strategic B2B consultative sales to CBSE schools . If you have strong school networks and exceptional selling skills, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Sales Excellence

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic school acquisitions.
  • Drive high-value B2B consultative sales and close complex deals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

2. Strategic Business Development

  • Leverage strong CBSE school networks to build a solid sales funnel.
  • Identify and convert strategic opportunities by aligning SIP solutions with school needs.
  • 3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with Principals, Directors, Owners, and Trust Members .
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • 4. Financial Accountability

  • Ensure timely revenue collection and minimize outstanding receivables.
  • 5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with academic, operations, and marketing teams for seamless delivery.
  • 6. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide detailed sales and market reports.
  • Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven sales experience in Offline SIP products (school integrated programs).
  • Strong track record in selling SIP solutions from reputed test-prep brands.
  • Established network in CBSE schools currently running or planning SIP.

  • Exceptional B2B consultative selling skills.
  • Strategic planning, negotiation, and deal-closing expertise.
  • Highly target-driven , results-oriented, and revenue-focused.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
