Proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to :

Consistent Use : Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other Gen AI platforms approved by the enterprise.

Applied Productivity : Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.

Continuous Learning : Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity.

4+years of experience in Data science and Machine Learning.

1+ years of working in Gen AI and LLM’s

4+ years of Proficiency in Python, including libraries like pandas, Num Py, and scikit-learn, is essential.

1+Years of experience in SQL

Ability to build, train, and optimize machine learning models for production is required.

Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (Tensor Flow / Py Torch) is a strong asset.

Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) for text and conversational applications is expected.

Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies and AI Agents is highly desirable.

Familiarity with data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation best practices is crucial.

Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration are required.

Prior experience using cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) for scalable deployments is preferred.
