About us : Payfederate is a Silicon Valley-based startup founded by serial entrepreneurs dedicated to building innovative products in HR technology. We're seeking a talented and experienced Lead Full-stack Engineer to join our team and help us design, architect, and develop our application.

Role Description :

The Lead Engineer will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions(full stack) using Java Spring for the backend and Angular for the front end. This role requires a deep-dive approach, a passion for coding, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement scalable software architectures using Java, Spring Boot, Angular 4.x, and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Understanding AI technologies is a plus

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.

3. Extensive experience with Spring Boot and developing RESTful APIs.

4. Strong expertise in Angular 4.x and a deep understanding of frontend development principles.

5. Familiarity with relational databases, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL.

6.Solid experience with AWS cloud services and understanding of scalable infrastructure.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and independently.
