We are currently looking for Solution / Technical Consultants and Senior Solution / Technical Consultants with 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Varicent (formerly IBM ICM) to join our dynamic team.

We specialize in Sales Performance Management (SPM), empowering global enterprises to unlock growth through innovative compensation solutions. Our clients range from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies across the US, UK, and Canada.

Role Overview

As a Varicent Consultant, you’ll lead full-cycle implementations — from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. You’ll work across key Varicent modules, handle data imports, create reports, design workflows, and collaborate with both internal teams and international clients.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Varicent solution implementations
• Configure modules : Data Import, Calculations, Reporting, Web Forms, Workflow
• Conduct testing (unit, QA, UAT)
• Support production deployment and issue resolution
• Prepare technical documentation
• Communicate with global clients
