Job description

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for generating new leads, closing deals, pitching PR & digital solutions, and building long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who loves communication, understands brands, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for PR, digital marketing, and influencer marketing services
  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, , networking, and industry events
  • Pitch agency services, present proposals, and close deals
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly / quarterly targets
  • Work closely with strategy and creative teams to prepare customized proposals
  • Build long-term relationships with brands, founders, and marketing teams
  • Stay updated on marketing, PR, and digital trends to position Kent as a leading communications partner
  • Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM updates, and track conversion metrics

What We Are Looking For

  • 1–4 years of sales experience (PR, digital marketing, advertising, or agency background preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident in pitching and handling client conversations
  • Ability to understand brand needs and translate them into solutions
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong networking, follow-up, and negotiation abilities
  • Passion for media, content, brand storytelling, and digital trends
