Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design electrical system / subsystem according to the system specification.

Define motion profile and control architecture for precision optical motion stages.

Design electrical interlock and safety protection systems within Control Architecture.

Select Motor Driver, Controller and Motors & Perform Motor Sizing to meet System Requirements.

Creative problem solver with excellent communication skills.

Perform Vibration Analysis of Electromechanical Systems.

Required Skills (Technical Competency) :

Expertise with Control Synthesis

Embedded Software (C / C++) design & Knowledge of DSP & FPGA Programing

Expertise in Schematic Design

Hands on experience with lab equipment like logic analyzer, oscilloscope & usage of Accelerometers

Knowledge of Systems Identification and Mathematical Modeling of complex Electro-mechanical systems

Knowledge of Frequency Domain Analysis and Control Loop Shaping.

Experience with PLC programming (Ladder code), Siemens preferred.
