Senior Architect- Chatbot

Job Summary Role :

Senior Architect - Chatbot / Conversational AI

Experience : 10 - 18 Years

Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying, and / or maintaining applications in the Global Markets environment. Software developers design, code, test, debug, and document programs well as support activities for the corporate systems architecture. You are required to work closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications. You must typically have in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages. You are also responsible for day-to-day supervision of a small team of associates; provide coaching and input into the performance management process.

Responsibilities :

• Set up key operations and processes within the team for quality delivery and excellence
• Designing complex architectures on multi or hybrid cloud and integration modules for enterprise-level systems.
• Contribute in key accounts growth and drive engagement with partners and customers, including stakeholder management.
• Driving organization branding and playing a consultancy role with key accounts to deliver business impacts.
• Guiding and mentoring the delivery team towards excellence and growth along with quality delivery of solutions
