The Role :
We’re looking for a community-driven marketer to drive our offline marketing and on-ground initiatives in Mumbai. In this role, you will grow Sensing’s brand visibility locally, build our community, and set up event, collabs, partnerships that bring Sensing into the lifestyle spaces our customers already love. This role is equal parts
community-building, sales and brand storytelling
Key Responsibilities :
Pop-ups & city activations
: Identify, plan, execute and track pop-up events monthly at adjacent domain brands : Cafes, yoga and pilates studio, gyms, co-working spaces, boutique / concept stores.
Weekly wellness events
: Identify, plan, execute and track in-store wellness events weekly like yoga, talks etc. to enhance the brand experience and visibility.
Sensing House experience & sales :
Lead all sales and experience at Sensing house, mapping sales process, increasing local awareness and footfall
Partnerships :
Identify, pitch, and onboard brand partners for our shop in shop collaborations. Secure multi-brand retail placements (wholesale / consignment) and co-created events with complementary brands.
Research & outreach :
Keep a live pipeline of venues / partners; craft proposals and nurture relationships.
Lead capture & follow-ups :
Represent Sensing with customers and partners; capture leads for follow-up.
Co-ordinate between teams :
Collaborate with Founders and creative team to create promotional campaigns for events and partnerships. Work closely with the digital marketing lead to promote offline events online and growing social media presence.
Report weekly :
Share insights and learning weekly (sales, outreach, analytics)
What Experience / Skills Are Needed?
1–2
years in retail / community / events / partnerships (D2C fashion / lifestyle / wellness preferred).
Location :
Mumbai, India (in-person). 6 days on-site, 1 weekly day off.
