Account Manager – US IT Recruitment & Staffing

Location : Noida (Onsite)

Experience : 5+ years in Account Management

About the Role :

We're looking for a US Account Manager who hold at least 3 years of Account Management experience with SI client in US IT Staffing. As a key player in our team, you'll manage strategic client relationships, lead high-performing teams, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for Account Management and handling IT requirements from SI clients, leading full recruitment cycle interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Responsible for Strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement. Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
  • Responsible for ensuring that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Responsible for managing client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Required skills :

  • 5+ years of experience in Account management within US staffing industry. Must have recent experience in handling System Intergator clients.
  • High-level understanding of staffing solutions and client needs within a VMS / MSP environment.
  • Updated about technologies of the client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Educational background is highly preferred
