Job Title : Content Team Lead (Coupons & Deals)

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of 5–6 content executives responsible for updating coupons, deals, and offers on the website
• Assign daily tasks, track progress, and maintain daily task records
• Review content quality and ensure all merchant pages stay updated
• Coordinate with the business / affiliate team for exclusive codes, updates, and merchant priorities
• Maintain accuracy of coupon titles, descriptions, expiry dates, links, and categories
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
• Standardize processes and ensure team follows SOPs
• Train new team members as needed
• Monitor competitor sites & seasonal events for quick updates
• Work closely with management to improve content freshness and merchant coverage
