ServiceNow Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer / Consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will have expertise in IT service management modules, hands-on skills in customization, scripting, and integrations.

• Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work across ITSM modules including incident, change, problem, and knowledge management.
• Develop and modify workflows, business rules, script includes, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Create and support REST integrations and develop custom APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Customize and enhance the Service Portal to improve user experience and service delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices for maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving platform-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and releases.
