Plant Cost & Performance Manager

Role : Plant Cost Controller

Experience : 3 to 7 Years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry, preference for FMCG / Food.

Qualification : Cost Accountant- CMA (ICWA) / CMA Inter

Work Location : Gungal,Ibrahimpatnam

Communication Skills : good communication skills (Telugu & English)

Excel Knowledge : Good knowledge of Excel is Mandatory

SAP Knowledge : Working knowledge of SAP is an added advantage

Job Description :

• Costing MIS : preparation and analysis of monthly & weekly results
• Budgeting : preparation of annual budget with close coordination of Plant Team
• Forecasting : preparation of monthly rolling forecast
• Variance Analysis : responsible for variance analysis (vs. budget, previous year & forecast)
• Cost Control : to monitor and control over expenses
• Saving Plan : preparation of annual Saving Plan & tracking of actual Saving
• Calculation of Raw Material Losses, Energy Efficiency and Labor Productivity
• Deliver accurate data and reliable analysis
• Ability to work effectively with other departments
