About the Role :

The Finance Manager is responsible for the company’s financial strategy, planning and day-to-day operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities :

Financial strategy & Planning

• Create and manage budgets for operational needs and forecast future financial performance.

Operations and Management

Fundraising and Investor Relations -

Lead or support fundraising efforts, develop fundraising materials and negotiate with investors, present financial reports.

Compliance and Risk -

Ensure the company complies with all applicable tax, legal, and regulatory requirements. Identify risks & implement mitigation strategies. Manage audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Legal Assets and IPs –

Manage work of patent, trademark copyrights certifications and compliance.

Others –

Involvement in corporate legal, restructuring, company board formation, ESOPs management etc.

Qualifications :

Charted Accountant with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

A growth mindset is crucial, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment
