We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, with flexibility for remote work or on-site presence as needed.
Role Description
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers / clients to understand role requirements, hiring needs and timelines.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies (remote and on-site) to attract talent including passive. candidates, using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and industry events.
