We partner with Private Equity clients and their Portfolio Companies across diverse sectors, including Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Technology, and Logistics.

D&A team members deliver data and analytical solutions designed to streamline reporting capabilities and enhance business insights across vast and complex data sets ranging from Sales, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, Customer Strategies, and more.

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Role Overview :

The Business Manager at Accordion will directly project manage client delivery and provide analytics-oriented thought partnership to client. (S)he will directly manage project teams to facilitate delivery of high-quality analytics services and identify opportunities for deeper client engagements.

What You will do :

Develop a strong project management discipline including project plan tracking, risk identification & mitigation, robust quality risk management and stakeholder alignment.

Develop hands-on expertise in tools and technologies and if needed, can execute analysis models, build dashboards, provide business context to data engineers in data modelling etc. in complex client engagements.

Regularly engage in peer level discussions with the C-Suite of client companies, to partner with them as a trusted analytics advisor.

Develop a thorough understanding of client's business challenges to proactively recommend analyses that can deliver results for the client.

Develop a robust knowledge of functional areas (Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain etc.) across a diverse set of industries to provide relevant and actionable insights backed by robust analytics.

Facilitate people development and proactively ensure that development agenda is fulfilled for the team.

Ideally, you have :

Undergraduate degree (B.E / B.Tech.)

MBA degree from top tier colleges is preferred.

Should have 5+ years of full-time experience.

Strong leadership & proactive communication to coordinate with the project team and other internal stakeholders.

Ability to use business judgement and a structured approach towards solving complex problems.

Experience in client-facing / professional services environment is a plus.

Strong hard skills on analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau and Excel is a plus.
