Workflow Architect - Nintex

Job Description :

Nintex Development, Nintex Xtension, SharePoint Online, Knowledge of SharePoint REST API / CSOM, Power Responsibilities :

• Architect and lead the migration of Nintex Forms and Workflows to modern platforms.
• Define solution design, migration strategy, and governance standards.
• Analyze existing SharePoint Online environments and identify dependencies (Lists, Libraries, Content Types).
• Lead and mentor a team of Nintex developers and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with client for.
• Oversee project timelines, risks, and project execution.
• Ensure documentation, testing, and post-migration support are completed Skills :
• Proven experience of leading and managing medium to large end-to-end migration projects associated with SharePoint, Workflows, SharePoint Customizations.
• Strong hands on experience with Nintex Forms (Classic, Responsive, New Responsive) and Workflows (O365 and / or Workflow Cloud).
• Strong architectural understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Proven leadership in managing development teams and client communications.
• Expertise in workflow migrations, optimization, solution scalability, and governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON.
• Experience with migration tools or scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
