Calling the customer to remind the due date of the installment.

Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.

Explain the consequences to customers of not paying on time.

What are some of the good to have skills for this role?

Fresh graduates or maximum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, customer experience

Decent communication skills both written & verbal.

Should have basic knowledge of the internet and other search engine usage.

Good observation skills and presentable.
