Our office is in Bandra West, Mumbai.

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive at DreamSequence. The job role requires you to :
• Maintaining daily bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Raising client invoices on time and managing receivables with strict follow-ups.
• Reconciling bank statements, petty cash, and all spends with zero mismatches.
• Managing vendor payments, contracts, and verifying deliverables before payout.
• Handling monthly payroll : salaries, incentives, leaves, reimbursements.
• Coordinating GST & TDS filings with our CA.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and revenue projections.
• Tracking profitability of projects and flagging cost overruns early.
• Working directly with the Founder to model monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Maintaining clean financial documentation and supporting audits.

Qualifications

comfortable with PowerPoint.
