Job Title : B2B Sales Manager – US Market
Location : Hyderabad, India
Shift Timing : US Shift (6 : 30pm to 3 : 30am )
Experience Required : 7+ Years in B2B Sales (with proven US market experience)
Job Summary :
We are looking for a result-driven and experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage client relationships from lead generation to closure. This is a Hyderabad-based role that requires working in US business hours.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years selling into the US market
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of US B2B sales processes, negotiation, and consultative selling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Ability and willingness to work US night shifts from the Hyderabad office
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
