Engineering Manager -Offshore Oil and gas

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Job Title : Engineering Manager – Offshore Oil & Gas

Location : Mumbai, India

Experience : 20+ years

Key Responsibilities :

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams for offshore oil & gas projects.

Provide technical direction across detailed engineering, FEED, and EPC phases.

Review and approve engineering deliverables ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project management teams to ensure timely execution.

Drive design optimization, constructability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams for high-performance delivery.

Requirements :

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or related discipline.

Minimum 20 years of experience in offshore oil & gas engineering, with at least 5+ years in a leadership / managerial role.

Strong expertise in offshore structures, topsides, jackets, subsea systems, and pipelines.

Hands-on knowledge of engineering software (STAAD, SACS, PDMS, etc.) and international standards.

Proven ability to lead large teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex offshore projects.
