Job descriptionYoull play a key role in driving our quality assurance efforts creating test plans, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality software products. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts. Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure functionality and performance. Create comprehensive test plans and testing strategies aligned with project requirements. Perform regression, UI, compatibility, and usability testing. Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines. Lead, mentor, and motivate QA team members while promoting best testing practices. Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to define testing goals and deliverables. 710 years of experience in automation testing. Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar tools. Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or related programming languages. Familiarity with manual testing tools, bug tracking systems, and version control (Git). Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and automation integration. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling. Excellent analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
