Job Description :

• Fluent in Canadian French and English. Should have good technical exposure and
• basic troubleshooting skills. Good client interfacing skills and should have been
• involved in customer interactions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure
• proper delivery of the requirements. Handling calls and tickets in a timely manner.
• Skilled in ITSM tools; preferably ServiceNow, Active Directory, WVD, Remote Desktop Support Tools, etc. Should be willing to rotate shifts and a Team Player.
