Job Title : Bookkeeping Training Facilitator
Job Purpose :
The Training Facilitator is responsible for delivering and managing all new hire training for on-site accounting teams. This role provides ongoing support to team members by answering questions and assisting with day-to-day tasks. The Training Facilitator is also expected to engage in continuous learning and development, staying up-to-date with accounting strategies, methods, and processes through training provided by US-based teams. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless transfer of knowledge and practices, driving consistency and efficiency within the team.
Key Responsibilities :
New Hire Training :
- Deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires, ensuring they understand accounting processes, tools, and systems.
- Facilitate onboarding training to help new team members quickly integrate into their roles.
Ongoing Support :
Provide ongoing floor support to team members, answering questions and offering guidance on accounting tasks and processes.Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges related to accounting workflows.Knowledge Transfer and Development :
Continuously learn and stay updated on accounting strategies and best practices through training provided by US-based teams.Ensure that new knowledge is effectively transferred to the team, maintaining consistency in accounting practices and methods.Process Standardization :
Implement standardized processes and methods across the accounting teams to ensure consistent and efficient operations.Monitor adherence to best practices and provide corrective coaching where needed.Team Collaboration :
Collaborate with supervisors and managers to identify training needs and tailor training programs accordingly.Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging teamwork and knowledge-sharing among the team.Performance Monitoring :
Track the progress of trainees and provide feedback to supervisors on their development.Identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training sessions to address skill gaps.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with strong process knowledge.Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching within a professional environment.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the tax and bookkeeping industry.Certification in adult learning or training facilitation.Familiarity with accounting systems and software.Performance Metrics :

Measured by the progress of new hires during and after training, assessed through performance reviews and feedback from supervisors.Knowledge Transfer Effectiveness :
Success in ensuring that trainees and team members can apply accounting processes consistently and efficiently.Client Satisfaction :
Measured by client feedback on the quality and accuracy of the tax and bookkeeping services provided by the trained team.Process Adherence :
Measured by the adherence of the team to standardized accounting practices and the effectiveness of ongoing support.Training Delivery :
