About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Senior Accountant to oversee end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for Raho Hospitalities. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, hospitality-related finance operations, and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
  • Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
  • Handle vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Process monthly payroll and maintain employee tax compliance records.
  • Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and MIS reports for management review.
  • Assist in statutory audits and liaise with auditors.
  • Maintain financial documentation for easy retrieval and compliance checks.
  • Process employee reimbursement claims as per company policy (travel, meals, lodging, and other approved expenses).

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (hospitality preferred)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll compliance
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
