This is a Full Time position for a Trainer- Clearance & Settlement located in Gurugram . The role requires 5-7 years of experience in the CRM / Call Centers / BPO / ITES industry. A Graduate in any discipline is the required qualification.
The Trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and effective new hire training programs, covering product knowledge, process flows, system navigation, and soft skills. They will also design and deliver refresher & up-skilling training to bridge knowledge gaps. Other duties include creating and updating training materials ( Content Development ) , conducting post-training assessments, measuring effectiveness (e.g., using Kirkpatrick's model), and reporting on trainee performance. The role also requires providing nesting support and coaching to new hires during the transition phase.
Mandatory domain knowledge includes direct experience with product lifecycle handling for retail investors , specifically for tax-advantaged accounts or recurring investment schemes . Knowledge of Banking operations & Taxation (European Market preferred) is also key. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills , exceptional presentation and facilitation skills , and be practice and focused on Metrics. Train The Trainer (T3) certification is preferred. The role is based in an office environment , is 5 days a week with rostered off , and requires willingness to work in shifts along with the team.
