We're looking for a curious, driven, and analytical individual to join our Traditional Media Planning team as a Management Trainee.

Job Summary

As a Management Trainee in the Traditional Media Planning team, you will receive hands-on training in developing strategic media plans across TV, radio, print channels. You will work closely with experienced media planners and buyers to support campaign planning, media research, vendor coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of traditional media plans based on client objectives and target audiences.
  • Conduct media research.
  • Analyze media performance data and prepare campaign reports and post-buy analyses.
  • Coordinate with media vendors for proposals, rates, and availability across TV, radio, print.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations and internal planning documents.
  • Maintain and update media flowcharts, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor market trends and keep the team informed of new opportunities in the traditional media space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in media and advertising, particularly traditional platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with media tools is a plus.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
