Brainware University is hiring a Special Officer to the Chancellor — and we’re looking for a standout performer.

The Chancellor’s office is fast, strategic, and impact-driven. We want someone who can match that pace with intelligence, discipline, and composure.

What you’ll handle : -

• Orchestrating the Chancellor’s day — meetings, priorities, follow-ups
• Drafting crisp communication : notes, briefs, letters
• Managing schedules and sensitive information with absolute clarity
• Coordinating with senior officials, government bodies, and industry partners
• Supporting initiatives across academics, research, outreach, and strategy
• Travelling for official visits and institutional engagements whenever required
