Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Associate based in Hyderabad. The Process Associate will be responsible for executing operational tasks efficiently, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. Daily responsibilities include managing documentation, processing data, supporting team workflows, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves identifying operational issues and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data management, documentation, and operational workflows
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• English and Hindi language speaking is a must.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adaptability to dynamic work environments and a willingness to learn new processes
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
