Job Title : Purchase ExecutiveAs a Purchase Executive at HN Safal, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring construction materials, services, and contracts required for real estate projects. The role involves vendor development, cost control, timely procurement, and ensuring smooth coordination with project, finance, and site teams.Job DescriptionIdentify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for civil, MEP, finishing, and interior-related materials.Manage procurement of materials and services including flooring, marbles, plumbing and electrical fittings, carpentry and hardware, lighting, furniture, soft furnishings, appliances, MEP contracts, labor contracts, and outsourcing contractors.Conduct negotiations with vendors to ensure best costs, finalize rates, and establish annual rate contracts.Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders (POs) and work orders (WOs) while ensuring timely approvals.Implement cost-reduction techniques with vendors and consultants to optimize procurement efficiency.Monitor and manage vendor relationships, including performance evaluation and new vendor sourcing.Forecast requirements and budgets project-wise to align procurement with timelines.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.Handle invoice processing, resolve issues, and ensure timely vendor payments.Maintain accurate procurement records, MIS reports, and budget utilization data.About YouMinimum Qualification : B.Com / MBA / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.Minimum Experience : 3–8 years in procurement (real estate or construction industry preferred).Software Knowledge : MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems.Skills : Strong negotiation, vendor management, cost analysis, and documentation abilities.Communication : Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.Why Join HN Safal?At HN Safal, one of Ahmedabad’s leading real estate developers, you’ll be part of a company shaping the way people live, work, and grow.
