About The Team And The Role
The Customer Service & Marketing Technology (CSMT) team mission is to 'Enable customers and employees to succeed by unleashing cutting-edge technology that enhances engagement, streamlines operations, and elevates the overall experience - driving productivity, growth, and innovation across all touchpoints.' In this role you will lead the CSMT team in our new Global Capability Center in India. We are a team passionate about putting the customer (both internal and external) at the heart of everything we do.
