Oregon Technologies is looking for an experienced SEO (Search Engine Optimization) / SMO / Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team. The SEO Manager will be responsible for coordinating and implementing customized SEO and SEM programs for our clients. The candidate will lead our SEO team to help Oregon Technologies improve its website positioning and generate leads for its services.
As SEO Manager, you will oversee the research of SEO and help our digital marketing team develop and execute effective content-driven marketing strategies and successful campaigns to optimize the client's business website and social media pages. You will assist our team in various SEO efforts such as link building, identifying the right keyword strategy, and implementing other content efforts.
We are looking for a high-energy leader who can head our SEO team in their efforts to boost our clients' site visibility in the search engines.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
- Manage our team of SEO specialists
- Conduct keyword research in coordination with client business objectives
- Direct on-page and off-page optimization, and keyword expansion research
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Website monitoring and user analysis
- Collaborate with our PPC team to help create, optimize, measure, and analyze campaigns
- Develop and implement link building campaigns
- Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices
Requirement :
Must have excellent command of the English Language. (reading, writing, and speaking)3 to 7 years of verifiable work experience in Search Engine Optimization, SEO experience.Must have managed multiple peopleMust be able to provide original analysis and research in line with the latest industry trends and practices. Should have hands-on knowledge with SEO tools, free and paidExperience with email marketing and digital brand reputation management, SEO reportingFamiliarity with relevant SEO tools (e.g. SEO Profiler, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)Analytical mindset with numerical aptitudeExperience in link-building strategyExperience in developing analysis and proposalsFamiliarity with WordPress or other content management systemsFamiliarity with best project management techniques and practicesShould have experience in developing analysis and proposals. Measure and report on business impact (ROI)Need to be sharp with great organizational and project management capability with attention to detail.Proven experience in link building strategy is a mustUnderstanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methodsExperience with other aspects of marketing is a plusSalary
