Requirements :

Master’s Degree in Education or related field (mandatory).

B.Ed. / M.Ed. (preferred / mandatory as per board norms).

Minimum 8–12 years of teaching experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership / administrative role.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to inspire teachers, staff, and students towards excellence.

Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and school management systems.

Preferred Skills :

Visionary leadership with problem-solving ability.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to balance academics with extracurricular and co-curricular development.
