5. Responsible for Handing Over of Apartments / Villas / Plots.
6. Plan customer delight / Customer Well being.
7. Customer Complaint Handling.
8. Responsible to enhance the NPS score by improving the customer 14 to 20 years of experience in Real Estate Customer Relations.
