Job description : Maintenance Jobs :

Execution of day to day operational & maintenance activities in respective sections as directed by respective superiors.

Planning and procurement of critical operational spares for Electrical systems, Supervise & coordinate for O&M activities of his section to maximize the plant availability for achieving production as per targets.

Planned Shutdown and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment.

2.Trouble shooting :

Attending all electrical related issues on time, Trouble shooting of all HT / LT Electrical equipment in the section. Inter departmental co-ordination to fulfil the requirements for smooth & trouble free operations.

3.System Implementation :

Organize and implement ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000 and WCM systems in his area of operation through the involvement of people for the improvement of quality standards and productivity.

4.Modification / Up-gradation :

Identify and propose for modifications / up-gradations for improvement in his section for power reduction and improving plant reliability on continuous basis.

5.Safety & statutory compliance :

He should have thorough knowledge on Electrical safety, LOTOTO, PTW and other safety standards. Ensure all jobs are carried out as per laid down safety standards and procedures.

Should identify gaps in safety standards implementation during site rounds and report to the supervisor. Ensure closure of gaps in coordination with section team with in specified target dates.

He should ensure the availability of all PPE, tools and measuring instruments required for his section, should maintain all PPEs & tools always in usable condition.
