Job Description : Overview :

We’re seeking skilled professionals in Node.js or React.js with experience in designing and deploying microservices . A background in banking or financial services , especially in corporate banking or payments , is a plus. Key Skills :

Strong hands-on experience in Node.js or React.js (full-stack capability is a plus)

Expertise in Microservices architecture, including design, development, and deployment

Solid understanding of Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, or Payments (preferred)

Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Core Banking, Payment Hubs, and Gateways

Proficiency in REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native applications

Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and security best practices

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to architect scalable, high-performance solutions

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices

What you will do?

Collaborate with Transaction Banking business experts to clarify and refine requirements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Integrate solutions across the enterprise, including Core Banking, Payment Hub, and Payment Gateway.

Work closely with DevOps and Security teams to ensure the system is secure, reliable, and high performing.

Continuously improve code quality, system performance, and development processes using AI tools.
