Job Description :

We are seeking experienced and motivated Tableau Developers to join our team for a long-term remote engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about turning data into insights and driving business decisions through impactful dashboards and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into visual analytics solutions
Query and manipulate data using SQL across multiple data sources
Ensure data accuracy and visual integrity in all deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and analysts
Promote and implement best practices for data visualization and BI reporting

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience as a BI Developer , Tableau Developer , or in data warehouse design

Deep knowledge of Tableau and strong experience in building complex dashboards and reports

Strong grasp of SQL and ability to query large datasets from multiple sources

In-depth understanding of data visualization and business intelligence concepts

Excellent communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

Experience with Data Engineering , ETL , or Data Modeling

Working knowledge of AWS and Python
