About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead a large-scale Classic-to-Lightning migration initiative. The ideal candidate will design scalable, user-friendly, and efficient Salesforce solutions - reducing technical debt and enhancing associate and customer experiences across service and call center operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and own the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.
  • Redesign data models, replacing custom objects with standard Lead / Opportunity structures where applicable.
  • Configure Lightning features such as Dynamic Forms, Lightning Pages, Flows, and Omni-Channel.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate AppExchange solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, admins, and QA teams for smooth and incremental releases.
  • Ensure system compliance with Salesforce security models, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders for Salesforce roadmap and strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years focused on Lightning implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Case Management, and Digital Engagement.
  • Proven success leading Classic-to-Lightning migration projects.
  • Deep understanding of low-code / no-code tools (Flows, Dynamic Actions).
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Solution Architect (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
