1.Ensure achievement of sales target by driving sales at the branch ( Team Handling role)
2. Build, manage and promote relationship with Channel Partner in order to generate new customer leads
3. Manage and lead the DSTs at the branch
4. Interface with the customer and provide efficient service
5. Work towards building a credit worthy portfolio at the branch
