Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across technology and executive mandates , partnering closely with clients to deliver high-quality hires in record time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level technical and leadership positions.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational culture, and position requirements.
- Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools , professional networks, and targeted research to identify exceptional candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluate fitment, and present qualified profiles to clients.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage.
- Maintain accurate data and insights on recruitment metrics and pipelines.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term engagement.
Requirements
2–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech and executive search domains.Strong understanding of technology roles (software engineering, data science, product, etc.) and leadership hiring.Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Experience using ATS platforms , LinkedIn Recruiter , and modern sourcing tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.A blend of analytical mindset and people intuition —balancing AI insights with human judgment.What We Offer
