We provide services such as Stock Broking, Mutual Fund distribution, Investment in bonds, company fixed deposits, life & Health insurance. Despite being relatively new, we have achieved a substantial market share with around 500 satisfied clients across India.

Role Description :

We are looking for a smart, responsible and quick-learning fresher to join our algo trading team. The role involves daily operations monitoring, client coordination, and basic platform support. Training will be provided, so no prior trading experience is required — but willingness to learn is important.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Client Support & Coordination

Handle client queries through WhatsApp / Telegram / Calls.

Guide new clients on deployment, onboarding & basic troubleshooting.

Maintain polite, professional communication at all times.

2) Daily Operations & Monitoring

Monitor algo executions across multiple brokers.

Check token generation, order flow, slippages, and trade status.

Report any issues or abnormalities to the technical team.

3) Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily trade logs and PnL records.

Update internal dashboards / spreadsheets.

Share daily performance updates and alerts to clients.

4) Platform Understanding (Will be Trained)

Understanding algo deployments on Tradetron / broker APIs / terminal.

Working with Google Sheets / Excel for tracking & reconciliation.

Required Skills :

Good communication skills (Hindi / English)

Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Fast learner and responsible attitude

Comfortable with answering messages professionally

Ability to remain calm under pressure in market hours

Preferred (but not mandatory) :

Interest in stock markets / trading / finance

Experience with Telegram or WhatsApp business tools

Understanding of Option Trading (Training will be given)

Work Mode : On-site (Market Hours Mandatory)

Timing : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM (Mon–Fri), Sat half day
