Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Front Desk Manager – Healthcare | Patient Experience. The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily reception operations, manage appointments. The role also involves addressing patient concerns, maintaining records, and fostering a pleasant and professional front-desk experience for all visitors.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in hospital front office or patient relations.
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Good understanding of hospital workflows; ECG experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Language preference Kannada,Hindi,English.
  • Must reside within a 5 km radius of Jakkur, Bengaluru.
