💰 Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with complete course information, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. Your primary goal will be to convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and offering the right guidance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective students.
  • Counsel students and working professionals on digital marketing courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
  • Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
  • Help students select the right course based on their goals and interests.
  • Maintain and update the student database, track inquiries, and prepare regular conversion reports.
  • Conduct walk-in consultations and deliver engaging course presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to generate and convert leads effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing to guide students accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain a positive attitude.
  • 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service (EdTech preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
