PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

We are looking for Purchase Executive

Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 4-8 Years

Salary Range : 25K to 35K

Job  Responsibilities - Purchase Executive :

Evaluate supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or timelines.Coordinate with site teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to project locations.Track shipments and resolve logistics or transportation issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and invoices.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, team members to understand material specifications and project needs.Identify and mitigate potential procurement risks such as material shortages, quality issues, or delivery delays.Develop contingency sourcing strategies to avoid project disruptions.Knowledge of technical specification of building materialKnowledge of GRN, Material Receipt NoteTo making Purchase orderTo manage Stock Inventory and order follow up.Can make Stock Reconciliation
