Job summary :

A Technical Solutions Consultant bridges technical expertise with business needs, advising clients on optimal technology solutions and implementation. They possess deep understanding of technology products and services, helping clients understand the impact of solutions and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting. This role requires strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements :

Technical Expertise : Possessing in-depth knowledge of specific technologies, software, and products. Key strengths on the following areas are required :

Cloud technologies Azure Cloud, AWS.
Development languages spanning across React.js (front end), C#.Net (API), Javascript and / or TypeScript, GraphQL (API), Laravel / Livewire (front end), PHP (API), Symfony Frameworks and Doctrine + Entity Framework (ORM)
Data Lake & Data Warehouse : SparkDB, Azure Databricks
AI LLM Integration, Model Refining, Model Training, Model Accuracy Testing
Test automation : Playwright, Cypress.io, Jest, N-Unit, Postman API

Responsibilities :

Consulting and Advisory : Analysing client needs, identifying technical challenges, and recommending solutions.

Solution Design and Implementation : Developing and implementing technical solutions that align with client objectives.

Client Communication : Clearly explaining technical concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.

Troubleshooting and Support : Addressing technical issues, providing support, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Training and Documentation : Educating clients on technology solutions and creating documentation for best practices.

Collaboration : Working with internal teams, including product development, sales, and operations.

Project Management : Leading technical projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration.

Staying Current : Keeping up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Technical Skills : Deep understanding of specific technologies, software, and products.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information.

Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Consulting Skills : Ability to understand client needs, provide tailored advice, and guide them towards the best solutions.
