Job Summary :

As a Talent Acquisition Executive , you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and placing the right candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and organizational culture.
• Source potential candidates using internal databases, job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
• Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — sourcing to joining.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Stay updated on current hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry insights.
• Achieve individual and team hiring targets within specified timelines.
