We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Project Manager to drive the growth and operations of our new initiative.
This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, globally minded, and passionate about technology and innovation. You will work closely with our leadership team to build processes, manage relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery for our global AI Speakers Bureau.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end operations of the AI Speakers Bureau, including expert outreach and event coordination.
- Develop partnerships with conferences, corporations, and global institutions to identify speaking opportunities.
- Coordinate and onboard AI experts, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with our marketing and podcast teams to design promotional campaigns and branded content.
- Support creation of proposals, partnership decks, and communication materials.
- Assist in developing CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for tracking experts and events.
- Prepare regular performance reports and updates for leadership.
- Contribute to process improvement, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration across our initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of speaker placements and event deliverables.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.3–8 years of experience in project coordination, partnerships, marketing, events, or business operations.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; experience working with global stakeholders is an advantage.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with leadership, partners, and external stakeholders.Comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, CRMs, or marketing automation platforms.Interest in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, or innovation ecosystems is a plus.Self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to take ownership and deliver results in a dynamic environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Number of experts onboarded within the first 6–12 months.Number of speaking engagements and partnerships facilitated.Quality and responsiveness in expert and partner communication.Efficiency in operations and timely completion of key deliverables.Contribution to marketing, outreach, and visibility growth.Reporting & Compensation :
This role reports directly to the President. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience, with performance-based incentives tied to results and growth milestones.
